Terms of Service
Any payment for our designs are taken as acceptance of our terms of service.
PappaShop will not be held responsible for any agreement or contract you have with Shabby Suite Designs. PappaShop Web Hosting is a separate and independently owned business.
Installation:
Web package graphics will be installed on Pappashop server ONLY. If you wish to purchase the graphics to use on another web host they will be emailed directly to you and there is no change in fees. We do not offer installation of graphics on any other webhost at this time.
Copyright:
All designs are property of Shabby Suite™ Designs™. You may not share or resale them.
Your website will include a live link to mine stating that we designed it.
We reserve the right use a thumbnail of your site in our portfolio if we so desire.
Charges:
Charges are for graphics only and do not include web hosting or domain charges.
Premade websites require 100% payment and are only subject to modifications as stated in its item description. We reserve the right to require additional fees should extra edits be requested.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on Custom projects. Deposit places your name on the waiting list. Please email for waiting time involved. The remaining deposit is required once the project has had its final approval before it is installed.
We reserve the right to deny service and refund payment to any site that we find offensive in anyway. Family friendly sites only !
Prices and what is included may vary and is located on each items page.
Indemnification:
Our services include the graphics and installation of them on Pappashop server (if desired)
We are not liable for any and all other issues pertaining to your website. Installation of product and all other content, advertising and sales are your responsibility.
Returns/Refunds:
No refunds will be given once work has started on custom projects and due to the nature of the product all sales are final on all graphic purchases.
